I’ve been involved in the implementation of CRM architecture at small and large businesses since 2008. I’m particularly interested in optimizing sales processes with the use of CRM class tools. Thanks to these services, companies can engage in multi-channel cooperation with their clients, the results of which can be seen in their improved sales processes. As a Digital Advisor at Predica, I help our customers prepare for the implementation of CRM solutions. I do this by helping them automate and optimize business processes, manage organizational change and build dedicated infrastructures.
