Pawel Szczecki

I’ve been working in the IT industry for over 10 years and I’ve had the opportunity to hone my skills in various areas. I started out as a developer and architect and then took on being a project and service manager. Over time I have gained technological experience, which has allowed me to learn IT business processes in greater depth as well. My interests have also changed from being purely technical to involving other topics, e.g. streamlining project delivery processes, developing the competencies of people under my responsibility, or managing finances.

All these experiences changed my focus from strictly technical issues towards the areas of leadership, lean management and process optimization.

I prefer it when there is a greater purpose behind our actions, and when these actions make sense. Hence the idea to co-create Predica, where I am the Chief Operating Officer.

I enjoy travelling a lot and one of my motorbikes leads me to the wildest corners of different countries. The Middle and Far East are my favorite destinations.
