Mateusz Rzepecki

I’ve been working in the IT industry for over 10 years. At Predica I’m a part of the Digital Workplace & Apps team. My role involves estimation and sales, as well as the design and implementation of Microsoft Office 365 workloads. This includes hybrid deployments and migrations. As apps implementation is only the first step to digital transformation, I also oversee adoption to maximize license usage and overall productivity. Besides working with Microsoft digital workplace tools, I’m responsible for Project Management to keep our running projects in good shape, quality, and on time. As a Team Leader, I have a 2-person team under my wing (so far).

Outside of work, I’m an avid martial artist. I actively participate in Taekwondo (green belt), kickboxing, and boxing classes. I also have a green belt in Combat Kalaki. And all because of Jean-Claude Van Damme, with whose martial arts skills I was fascinated in my childhood. I am also a keen enthusiast of cinema, of both the good and the entertainment variety, and a fan of music without which I cannot live. In addition, I’m a husband and father, and owner of a cat who loves to nap in freshly washed and ironed clothes.
