I have been involved in the implementation of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions for our clients for almost 5 years. As of today, my main role at Predica is to be the leader of the Data Lab Team.

In my work, I especially care that other people – just like me, a few years ago – find their sense of purpose and feel the real value of their work. For me, this sense of purpose is in the people I work with, and the team I have opportunity to build. Thanks to this, we are able to deliver projects at the highest level. By value of work I mean the value we provide to the client in our daily work. We make it possible for our customers to go through digital transformation and it is our actions that influence how large and small organizations change the way they operate in the future, using the latest technology.

I have spent a significant part of my professional life exploring the secrets of data visualization – mainly in Power BI. I feel it’s my duty to inspire people and help them understand the data. Sounds corny? I think that data visualization has extraordinary power to illustrate insights and to provoke conclusions that are not visible to everyone on a daily basis.

Privately, I most enjoy taking care of my beloved cat, Maurycy.
