The entire process starts when you send us your application. You can view all of our open opportunities on our Careers page (just click the red “Apply now” button!), but if you can’t find a role that suits you, don’t worry! Just click the “Send us your CV” button on that page, and send an open application. As soon as there is a role that’s relevant to your experience, our recruiter will contact you and arrange an HR interview.

The HR interview is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. You can get to know more about us and the role, and tell us more about yourself. We will use this time to learn about your experience. If by the end of the conversation both parties are interested in continuing the process, we’ll send you a technical task to complete. It’s an opportunity for you to demonstrate your abilities. Feel free to contact the recruiter if you have any questions about it – we’re always happy to help!

If you’re successful with your task, we will invite you to a technical interview. It will take place at one of our offices or via MS Teams. Most often you will speak to your potential Team Lead. Regardless of the decision at any stage of the recruitment process, we always come back with detailed feedback, to help you with your further search or give you some tips before you get started.

When an interview is successful, we call you back with a job offer, which we’ll also confirm via email. Remember – we are here to answer any questions ? Once we’ve agreed on the terms, we can sign the contract!

The adventure as a new Predican begins with on-boarding, the course and length of which depends on your role. In your first few days you will certainly receive your equipment, learn the tools and be introduced to your duties. But most importantly, you will have the opportunity to meet your team and other Predicans!
