Fast Growth Icons is the invitation-only network for well-established, fast-growing businesses.

The network brings together the founders and CEOs of later-stage start-ups to discuss the practical realities of building a $100m+ revenue business.

Reflecting our success and rapid growth, we are proud of this recognition as one of the most interesting and successful growth businesses of the future and of becoming a part of the Icons European network.

10 years of growth and counting

I am very excited about this recognition. And how fitting that it should happen in our 10th anniversary year! It is testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team over the last 10 years. They are a group of amazing people and I am very happy that we can build Predica together. The road to success was long and winding, as you can learn from this post by Andrzej. However, with our growth mindset, mutual trust and strong company culture, we have created something unique. Predica is developing faster than ever, yet still going strong as a community of people focused on a common goal – to always deliver. Being recognized as a European’s fast-growing business of the future is an amazing feeling. With that being said, I don’t see it as a reward – but as a call to action. We have been trusted as one of the most promising companies in the region, and now our challenge is to keep on growing and keep on delivering. We’re not ones to shy away from challenges (as our Triangle of Power will tell you!), so we are ready to take this one on, too. We have plenty of ideas and developments in the pipeline, so enough talking – let’s roll up our sleeves and get to work!

Qualification criteria

Here are the details on the Fast Growth Icons Network and today’s announcement.

To qualify as a member, companies have to show considerable traction in terms of revenue, users or funding. The typical member has revenues in excess of $15m per annum, and is growing at over 50% per annum.

European business landscape

In the past several years, Europe has been challenging the success of Silicon Valley and maturing into a vibrant tech ecosystem. VCs from across the globe recognise the potential of many European tech hubs such as Berlin, London, Paris and Amsterdam.

Europe has been producing successful start-ups for many years now. However, the hurdles that we face of growing a $100m+ business are still very high. Europe is playing catch-up with the US in the unicorn creation tables.

Fast Growth Icons is helping to bridge this gap from medium- to large-scale businesses. We’re coming together with other fast growing businesses across Europe. We can share practical insights and experiences through exclusive events focusing on targeted discussion and networking.
